Pole Strength Calculators — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pole Strength Calculator apps ("Pole Calculator", "the Apps", "the Tools", "KPole Calculator"), web apps developed and operated by CoEng Pty Ltd (ABN 15 660 263 249) ("CoEng", "we", "us", "our") for informational and estimation purposes only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using a Pole Strength Calculator ("the Tools"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.

2. Free Use

The Tools are provided free of charge by CoEng Pty Ltd for informational and estimation purposes only.

3. No Warranty

The Tools are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. CoEng Pty Ltd makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the calculations produced by the Tools.

4. Limitation of Liability

CoEng Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the Tool or any reliance placed on its results.

5. Professional Advice

Results from these Tools are for estimation purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional engineering analysis. Professional engineering consultation is strongly recommended before making any decisions based on these calculations.

6. Data Privacy

The Pole Strength Calculator does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or calculation inputs. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. Session history is stored only in your browser's session storage and is cleared when the browser tab is closed.
The KPole calculator stores calculation history for future retrieval. We only store information necessary for authentication and will never sell or transfer any information to a third party. The calculation history and credentials are stored in a secure database with end-to-end encryption.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of The Tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
